 Warranty of Nindra Electric Blanket

 

  1. The Nindra Electric Blankets carry a warrantee of 2 years from the date of purchase.
  2. The warranty is valid if only the product is not been tampered with and all the instructions for use of the product are followed.
  3. Only after the product is produced to the manufacturer for inspection within warrantee period along with bills of purchase. The manufacturer will decide if the claim is proper and enforceable. The defective component may repair or replace the product and return to the customer.
  4. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of
    purchase and not transferable. The warranty do not cover negligent use of the product.
  5. Warranty is applicable only for goods used for common domestic use.
  6. The claim for service can be applied either at dealer’s shop where the product was bought, or at below mentioned authorized service shops.
  7. The user is obligated to set up a claim immediately when the defect appears but only till the end of warranty period. The user is obligated to cooperate to confirm the defects that are being claimed.
  8. Only complete and clean products (according to hygienic standards) will be accepted.
  9. The product was uncared-for or damaged by insufficient maintenance will not be accepted.
  10. The product was damaged by dirt, accident of force majeure will not be accepted.
  11. The product was mechanically damaged (e.g. broken button, fall…) will not be accepted. 
  12. The product was damaged by repair, modification or other failure action by unauthorized person will not be accepted.

  Precautions For Nindra Electric Blankets

  1. When using keep the blanket fully spread. While storing never give sharp turns preferably use gently rolling shape or hang it up or fold it gently with minimum possible number of creases.
  2. Don’t turn on, or leave on, an electric blanket that’s been folded or rolled up.
  3. Not for use for infants/handicapped/very old persons unattended.
  4. Don’t wash/Dry-clean only clean with moist cloth dry and use. When not using your blanket, turn it off.
  5. Don’t use more than one electric blanket at a time.
  6. Don’t use an electric blanket and a hot water bottle at the same time. Do not use sharp objects like pins, nails around warming bedding. They can puncture the heater wire insulation.
  7. Keep Pets Off:Pets can scratch, roll, wiggle, and inadvertently damage the blanket or the coils. Keep pets off beds with heated blankets.
  8. Don’t tuck the edges of an electric blanket under the mattress.
  9. Don’t pile pillows, blankets, books, toys, or other items on top of an electric blanket.
  10. Don’t use a wet electric blanket. .While using on spring mattress/metallic bed be extra cautious
  11. Don’t use an electric blanket with folding/adjustable, bed or a waterbed.
  12. In case electric blanket operating unusually/too hot in one area contact the manufacturer. Do not use with damaged cords
  13. In case of detachable controller switch use the appliance only with the supplied detachable control unit with the same model designation as the model designation of the heating blanket.
